Pakistani PM visits Iranian embassy to express solidarity following recent attacks

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad on Tuesday to express support for the Iranian people in the wake of recent U.S.–Israeli strikes on Iran.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad on Tuesday to express support for the Iranian people in the wake of recent U.S.–Israeli strikes on Iran.

According to Mehr, Leading a high-level delegation, Prime Minister Sharif met with Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam and signed the memorial book honoring the martyrs of Iran. His visit was intended to demonstrate Pakistan’s solidarity with Iran amid the aftermath of the attacks.

Accompanying the Prime Minister were several senior officials, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Foreign Minister Amna Baloch, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi.
